When God sent Adam and Eve into the Garden of Eden, although He gave them ample freedom, He did make one restriction. He forbade them from eating of one tree. There was a reason for that. Without choice, no-one can be a son of God. No-one can be holy without personal choice.
So when God sent Adam into that garden, if He had not given Adam the opportunity to choose, Adam could never have become the son that God had wanted him to become. We don’t realize how important the choices we make are – for our life on earth and even more for eternity.
One of the greatest gifts God has given us is the power to choose. And He will never take that power away from anyone. You can choose to be a son of God or you can choose to live for yourself. But whatever you choose, at the end of your life, you will reap the consequences of your choice.
The Bible says, “What a man sows, that will he also reap.” The Bible also says that “it is appointed unto men once to die and after this the judgment”. But God will not judge men arbitrarily on that final day. His judgments will be based on the choices that each man has made.
This principle applies in marriage too.You can choose whether you want to have a happy marriage or a miserable one. That choice is yours, not God’s. Adam could choose whether to yield his life to the devil or to God.
There were two trees in the Garden of Eden – and they represented two ways of life. The tree of life symbolized a life centered in God – where God would be the center of every decision made by man. The tree of knowledge of good and evil, on the other hand, symbolized a life where Self would be the center, and where man would live without consulting God and would determine himself what was good and what was evil. God sent Adam and Eve into that garden and told them, as it were, “You can choose now which of these two ways you want to live by.” And we all know what Adam chose.
He chose to live a life centered in himself. All the misery, sorrow and murders and every other wretched thing that we see in the world around us, is due to man having decided to choose for himself what is good and what is evil. He doesn’t want God to tell him. And that is the reason for every unhappy marriage as well – even among Christians. Multitudes of Christians live with self as the center of their life – and they reap what they sow.
vWhen God made Adam, He wanted him to rule over the earth. Adam was created to be a king, not a slave. And God wanted Eve to be a queen beside Adam. But what do we see today? Men and women are slaves everywhere – slaves to their passions and to the corruptible things of earth.
When God created this earth, He made everything beautiful. The forbidden tree was also beautiful. When Adam and Eve stood in front of that tree, they had to make a choice: Would they choose the beautiful things God had created or would they choose God Himself?
That is the choice all of us have to make every day. If our life is centered in ourselves, we will pursue after God’s gifts (the things He has created) and not after God Himself. Most of the quarrels that take place in homes are over earthly things. Such quarrels arise because the husband and wife choose created things instead of God Himself – and they reap the consequences of their choice. They sow to the flesh and so they reap corruption. Man becomes a slave when he chooses created things over his Creator.
vJesus came to deliver us from this slavery. Man is a slave today to the power of money, to illegitimate sexual pleasure, to the opinions of others, and to many other things. He is not free. God created him to be like the eagle that flies high in the sky. But everywhere we find man in chains, unable to conquer his temper, unable to control his tongue, unable to control his lustful eyes. Jesus came, not just to die for our sins, but also to deliver us from this slavery.
The Bible says that God is Light and God is Love. God’s Love is His Light. In a dark room, the power of light drives away the darkness. God’s power is like that. Life without God’s power, without His love, will only be darkness.
Our whole life on earth is a period of testing and probation, to prepare us for a kingdom in eternity, where everything will be ruled by the law of love. Every situation and circumstance that God takes us through now is therefore designed by Him to test us in one area – whether we will live by the law of love. And that is why God allows so many trials and difficulties in our lives. God is Almighty, and He could have made life on earth such that we never had any trials at all. But God in His great wisdom has ordained trials as a means by which we learn to love.
If we overcome our selfishness and determine that love alone will guide our life, God will be able to prepare us to be rulers in His coming kingdom. We have to think about that now, or else we will find in eternity that we missed the opportunities that God gave us on earth – and never learnt what we were supposed to learn.

THE PRIEST WITH DIRTY GARMENT
The message for today this addresses some strange but true realities. It is possible for a man to be working very hard for God and heaven does not recognizes this works; possible for people to see you as honesty, kind and righteous person without blemish but God sees the opposite; possible to be performing miracles when the lord is no longer happy with you; it is possible for person to be worker in the vineyard, a prayer warrior, leader, preacher, pastor or even a general overseer and minister powerfully but the lord has departed from you. It is possible for you to bee endowed with the power of God and still has unending problems bombarding your life. The reason for this might be; Your Garment!!!
The Priest with Dirty Garment
"And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the Lord, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him. And the Lord said unto Satan, The Lord rebuke thee, O Satan; even the Lord that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire? Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel. And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment." {Zech. 3:1-4}
Here is a highly referenced man Joshua;
vHe was a high priest but still, Satan stood there to challenge him.
vJoshua was in the presence of the lord yet Satan was there to resist him, the priest of the most high God.
There was a reason why this was possible: Joshua was putting on a filthy garment.
The Bible said in 1st Peter 2:9, we the children of God are Peculiar people and a royal priesthood. This means that this message of today its applicable to you and I; we all as Christians are priest of the living God.
Joshua was a big man; the Old Testament specially gives very high preference to the position of the high priest.
Who is the High Priest?
üThe high priest its specially ordained by God by himself.
üThe high priest performs the special offerings to the lord.
üThe high priest is empowered to carry all sins of people to the lord at the holies of holies, to do atonement.

So you will agree that the position of the high priest is a big one therefore, Joshua the high priest was a big person.
By virtue of how big Joshua was, this did not stop the devil from intimidate him. This is because there was filthiness in the life of Joshua; He was wearing a Garment on sin.
Garment of Indiscipline
Some people are where they are today because of indiscipline.
They don't like discipline and when there is No discipline, there is no progress.
It is known that people rarely do well if there is no pressure
Some do not read until their exams are close by.
Take this key Lesson;
It is not what you do right that gets you into trouble it is what you do wrong that causes trouble for you
Many people do a lot of right things, such as; go to church, read Bible, being kind, benevolentand so on.
But same person do gossips; the Bibles declares that if you are guilty in one, then you are guilty in all.
Even If you are a worker in the church, bishop, pastor it its possible for you to continue the work of God and you wearing a filthy garment.
It is very paramount for you to take a corrective action before it becomes obvious for all people to see.
When you're filthy garment is exposed in the public, it now becomes a thing of shame, all because you did not identify and address it.
Some think they are clever; you can never be more clever than the devil.
There is nothing like sudden death, things don't just happening. You don't fall into Fornication in a day; this is always the seed that you refuse to deal with. It is very important that you make correction today.
There is a big deference between how you look and how God sees you.
Joshua was burning incense with sweet smelling aroma but heaven was perceiving a dirty angel as a result of the filthiness in his life.
A popular hymn had these lines:
Lay aside that garment that its stained with sin and be washed in the blood of the lamb.
Dirty Garment is what brings in opposition. Opposition will hinder your progress in life.
Samson had just come out of the harlot house and he still had the power and grace to fight the philistine.
That Samson has deviated from God to start visiting harlot does not mean that God will stop using him automatically.
I decree into your life;Any garment upon your spirit man that is attracting opposition, catch fire in the name of Jesus.
Your garment says a lot about you.
God is concerned about what you wear inside of you.
Every man on earth is wearing a garment. God sees us by our spiritual garment. The high priest ferment is a representation of how you are inside.
There are different types of garment; they distinguish and identify the kind of person that you are.
There are clothes of pride, liberal clothes, seductive clothes and the likes.
Let it be known that there are Satanic designers;the clothes they design have a purpose; they are all for sexual appeals. This garments exposes the body, seduces people.
Garments such as tight clothes, highly silted clothes, and cleavage exposing clothes, all communicate a message; there is a problem in you; that you are spiritually sick.
Although, people around you may appreciate you; they may qualify your dressing with several good names, like gorgeous, beautiful but heaven sees the person as sick.
A queen can never be arrayed in a clothing of a harlot and be allowed to sit on the throne vice versa.

Until the satanic garment covering a man is removed, total deliverance is impossible.
They invisible garment that man cannot see, God can see, Satan can also see and it could give the enemy a chance to hinder the progress of man.
Your Garment is a replica of your character
When the woman with the issue of blood touched the garment of Jesus, Jesus said; “Who touched me” Jesus did not say, who touched my garment. The character of Jesus was in his garment
Every garment has voices
All garments communicates a message. They says who you are.
vA lady with exposed breast can NEVER be mistaken as a priest.
vA man with a Collar on neck can NEVER be mistaken as a soldier.
The way you dress speak a lot about you
Dirty garment brings Spiritual filthiness; filthiness invites death; Spiritual death causes decay and invites maggots.
You need to ponder on this message; is if possible get the CD and cry to God to take of your spiritual garment and dry-clean them so that your life may receive divine transformation and you will be able to possess your possession.

The word 'comprehend' in Hebrew is 'katalambano'meaning to take eagerly, seize, possess, (literally or figuratively):- apprehend, attain, come upon, comprehend, find, obtain, perceive, (over-)take.
"And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not."{John 1:5}
So, when we say, Incomprehensible; we mean unable to be taken eagerly, seized, or possessed. That is the Light we are talking about!
To be rest assured of the light we carry, we need knowledge about it!
So many have because of fear deliberately kept themselves from shining. If I may ask, where can you feel the impact of light? Is it in light or in darkness? In darkness, of course!
Darkness can never comprehend light! Whether you want to see it literally or symbolically, light will always overcome light.
The state of the earth in Gen 1:1 is symbolic for our present time.
Even God could not work until light came into the scene. And like we established yesterday, that we carry the nature of Christ; therefore, if Christ was called into the scene to make the earth meaningful, then, the world at this time also need Christ (you and I as little Christ).
God will not work, until we come to the scene to shine as the light of men. Until we make the move to change our environment from darkness to light; people will not come to the light.
God's promises are the most reliable words we can trust; I can give up
my life for it! Yes, I mean it. He said that our light cannot be comprehended. Therefore, we should have this invasion mind-set. To flood our world with light; invade all the 'cosmos' with light!
Don't be afraid, darkness has been conquered; no power of the enemy can overcome.
Matt 28:20,'..lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.'
God is with us always until the entire world system is being flooded with light.
It is time to 'aperio', i.e. 'to open up.' You have light in you, shine it forth because it cannot be comprehended!
Action: Open up your light!
Decree: My Father, whatever is not making me shine, separate me from it in Jesus name.
Confession: I am an unstoppable light in my generation.
